This year for the 4th of July we went up to Jackson Hole with Jason's family for a little reunion. We stayed at Rob and Rosanna's located outside of Jackson by the beautiful Teton's. Everything was so beautiful and picturesque.

I love these mountains and couldn't get enough of their beauty and magesty. We were able to take a lot of great pictures and spend quite a bit of time outdoors. The weather was cooler but it actually felt really nice coming from 90 degrees + in Utah.

The first day we were there we went up to Grand Targhee National Park and hung out there for a little while. I was craving a smoothie so bad but so was someone else.

"Nummy" as Mckenna would say.

The next day we drove into Jackson and spent the day there. It had been so long since I've been through there and it was fun to see all the cute little shops and all of the western themed areas.

We went to a cute little saloon while we were there and ate lunch. Mckenna was obviously not happy about something.

After that we went to the Alpine Slides that were there by the ski resort. I went down with Mckenna and she LOVED them. The view from up top was amazing!

Jason with his brothers and sister who came all the way from the Phillippines!

Waiting our turn to go down the slide.

Weee!!!

Jason being a pyro - he reverts back to a little boy when he's around fireworks. :)

Mckenna swinging with her cousin, Mckenzie. We don't get to see her often because she lives in the Phillippines but Mckenna loved her and Mckenzie was so good to play with Mckenna.

Lighting a sparkler.

Once the loud ones started going off Mckenna was not happy. This is where she hung out while they were blowing up - in the car.

More fireworks - notice that the boys were the only ones doing them.

I loved this view over Jackson Hole. It was at the top of the mountain coming from where we were staying.

My honey. :)

A cute picture of Bob and Jill - they flew all the way from St. Louis to be there so it was great to see them again!

Jason's brother, Russell, who climbed this HUGE tree! Actually, he's not that far off the ground but it looks pretty neat.

The next day we went to Jenny Lake and had a picnic and did some hiking. Most everyone else hiked around the lake but Mckenna and I opted to take the ferry that went across it.

By one of the waterfalls we hiked to. It looks like the sound was too loud for Mckenna!

Another beautiful waterfall.

Mckenna was done hiking and it was so funny because she wanted to be carried with her bum sticking straight out. Kind of a crazy girl.
We had a great time with everyone, including Jason's grandparents who flew in from California. It's always great to be with family and we look forward to another wonderful reunion together!
